Hi, my name is Shahrul Nizam Supian and I am a Strategic JV Broker. I help my clients increase the value of their companies drastically through well-timed and well-placed strategic Joint Ventures(JVs).

What qualifies me to be a Strategic JV Broker?

I have extensive knowledge and expertise in international trade gained from running my own global procurement consulting firm for the last 15 years. I'm still running it now. Doing JVs comes naturally when you work with such high-worth clients, especially in international trade. I have been doing JVs for years and over time it has become necessary to restructure both inter-related activities (global procurement consulting and doing JVs) into two distinct business cores.

This site is the direct result of the restructuring exercise and currently I channel all of my JV activities through this site. I keep a separate database for my JV partners.

The Internet has also proved to be a very lucrative medium for JVs. I have worked with quite a number of eBay PowerSellers, connecting them with multiple volume buyers. Those were very interesting JVs and it opened our eyes to new and workable JV concepts.



What makes me different from other JV “gurus” ?

First of all I do not call myself a “guru”. I do not teach other people how to do JVs(although there have been requests). I make my money purely from the JVs I set up either for myself or for other people as a JV Broker. It’s more fun that way. Yes, I have written about my system before but it is for personal reference only, not for sale. The experience gained from doing JVs in international trade and mergers & acquisitions has given me a wide frame of reference and resources to tap from.

So don’t worry, you won’t get a sales pitch from me. Infact, I HATE selling. Just keep in mind this proposition - the deals I work on at times pay me quite obscene amounts of money. But in order to do that, at the same time I also have to bring REALLY obscene amounts of money to my clients. After all , my cut is just a portion of what I bring to them. What is $100K if I can bring to them $500K at no risk to them and without them spending any time on it?
