A Broker eh?

I’ll be very frank with you. The word “Broker” to some people can conjure up images of either -

High-flying, intense guys making obscene amounts of money wheeling and dealing in the business world. They go through the motions doing what they do best - cutting deals and making more money for themselves and for their clients.

A slick, smooth-talking  con-man out to grab as much money as possible from gullible people. To them everything is possible as long as the client wants it. Their failure rate however is very high. But they always have an excuse for everything, especially for their failures.

As a JV Broker my cut is just a portion of what I bring to my clients. If you think I’m making obscene amounts of money then just think about the MORE obscene amounts of money I make for my clients. At the end of the day my clients get the lion’s share while I do most of the work for them !
